'English Apples'

I always try to paint an object in such a manner that one knows what it feels like just by looking at it. With some fruit, I like to try and capture the feeling of conjuring up the smell of it. These Braeburn apples smelled wonderful, and I can still remember that smell each time I see this picture of them.
